Do NOT pop them. You really just need to keep that area of you face clean, not to mention keeping you hair out of your face while you sleep. Okay, so acne is clogged pores, right? You need very good hygiene. Avoid touching your face a lot (this includes not touching your hair, which makes your hair greasy, which makes your fingernails dirty, and germs travel). Use 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide or else it will make the pimples worse. Don't rub them too hard or they'll get irratated and get worse.. Use cleansers, leave them cleanse your face for 3-5 minutes to get the dirt out.
Follow this: it really, really works. |

i've heard of trying to put vinegar on those kinds of pimples.
or buy some black head cream, you never know what could happen?
you might have to wait it out, but that could take a long time & theres the possibility it's not just a pimple.try face masks otherwise. |

what you need is something called microdermabration... its best if you do get it done at your dermo. but if you dont have one near you ( which is suprising) then you can get the creams at a store like target or walmart, or convinent store im sure. i believe olay has one. |

Don't squeeze them! It'll make it scar more. Try Clearasil, that's what I use, and it works! :D |

Here's what I did: First, turn on the warm water and put your face over it To open the pores. I got some lemon juice & squeeze them into a cup. Then get cotton balls or cotton swabs (depending on the size of the pimples) & then gently rub them on the area. Get cold water, wash your face and get a clean towel and pat it dry.
Hope I helped

Leave them alone. You've probably irritated the skin more. Let time help it heal naturally. If you keep picking at them and messing with them you're more likely to scar once they do heal. |

have you been picking at them trying to pop them?
if yes, leave them, they might be sticking around because your messing with them
if no start squeesing |

ACNE:
Use pure cold-pressed sesame oil on your skin every day for smooth, clear skin. Leave it on for at least ten minutes before washing it off the skin or scalp.
Add pure cold-pressed sesame oil to your daily diet.
Steep 1 Tbsp. dried basil in 1 cup boiling water for 20 minutes. Apply this solution to the acne with a cotton ball.
Before going to bed, apply pure lemon juice to the acne, and leave it on until morning, then wash it off with warm water.
Dab some toothpaste with fluoride in it on the zits at night before you go to bed. They should be much better in the morning.
Dab some real mayonnaise on the pimple at night before going to bed. It should be much better by morning.
For acne, gently scrub the area with a mixture of coarse salt and a few drops of tea tree oil. Rinse well, then apply a facial or body mask of either plain yogurt, sour cream, or buttermilk, leaving it on for thirty minutes, then rinsing skin very well, and patting dry with a clean, white towel.
Put some Visine on a Q-tip and dab onto the pimple to lessen the redness of it. |

After cleansing face, put peroxide on with Q-tip allow to fizz up ( it cleaning bacteria off). Continue to peroxide after cleansing face in morning and in the evening. This will work! It may take a week before noticing a change. |

I've had these as well, and I've learned that the best thing to do is leave them alone. I know it might be hard to do, but if you can keep yourself from touching them, wash your face regularly, and leave that area of your skin exposed to fresh air when you sleep, they should go away within a couple of weeks. |
